Dhiraj brings over 25 years of corporate experience — and a lifelong passion for the markets — to Quantgro.
While pursuing his MBA at IIM Calcutta, he dreamed of managing money. But life led him into the world of technology, where he spent decades in leadership roles. The fire for finance never went out — it simply waited for the right time.
Today, he is a full-time investor in equities, commodities, and derivatives, managing his own capital with a sharp focus on consistency and risk control. At Quantgro, Dhiraj leads a data-driven, multi-strategy investment approach — blending technology, discipline, and a deep respect for capital.
Pankaj Kumar - Co-founder and Managing Partner
Pankaj is a seasoned tech leader with 20+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, AI, and data analytics for global enterprises. A CBIP and CDMP-certified professional, he blends deep technical expertise with sharp business insight.
